ABOUT ME

Getting to Know Me

I have a deep interest in understanding you — reducing your stress and anxiety so you can experience more peace and happiness in your life.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and always tailored to who you are. Over 18 years of working as a registered psychologist, I have supported people through some of life’s most difficult moments — and it is a privilege I do not take lightly.

I draw on a wide range of gentle, evidence-based methods — not a one-size-fits-all formula — because every person’s journey is different. Together, we find what works for you.

I consult in Parramatta and Dural, and offer telehealth sessions available Australia-wide and internationally — so support is accessible wherever you are.

I offer sessions in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, and warmly welcome clients from the South Asian subcontinent and all cultural backgrounds.

My Philosophy

How We Can Explore Solutions for What's Going on for You

I believe that understanding is the very first step toward change. When you come to see me, we slow down together and look at what is really going on — the patterns, the pressures, the feelings beneath the surface. There is no judgement here. Only genuine curiosity and a desire to help you understand yourself more deeply, so that real change becomes possible. You are the expert on your own life — my role is to walk alongside you, offering new perspectives, practical tools, and a space where you feel truly safe to explore.
